Data sources

Schedule data starts from TheSportsDB, a community sports database, and the official Sky Sports schedules, and selected official TNT Sports schedules, plus the structured ESPN tennis and UFC schedules for player matchups and start times, the official PDC player directory, and the official World Snooker Tour match schedule. Tennis, snooker and UFC participant-level rows are published only when they overlap a confirmed UK tournament or event listing. Released boxing cards are checked against Sky's own articles and schedule before individual bouts appear. Card and broadcast-group start times are labelled as such because an individual bout can begin later. These provider sources fill gaps for tennis, Formula 1, golf, darts, boxing, horse racing, cycling and UFC. TNT listings are only imported when an exact start time is available and the published date is internally consistent. The next seven days refresh twice a day, while days eight to 35 are checked daily for newly announced UK coverage. Imports never touch the browser — everything is fetched, normalised and stored server-side.

How listings are confirmed

Every UK broadcast carries a visible confidence label. Confirmed means it has been checked and approved. Verification pending means a provider lists the channel but WhatChannel has not approved it yet. TV coverage not announced means the fixture is known but no UK service is currently listed. Conflicting or incorrect listings are hidden during review.

Corrections

Manual corrections are stored separately from imported data, so a later import can never silently overwrite a human fix. If you spot an error, report it.

What we deliberately leave out

Scores, results, news, statistics and betting content. Channel names link to the channel's own schedule page here — we never link to unofficial streams.
